Steeped deeply in the timeless traditions of the East, the teachings of yoga are rich in their offerings of experiential transformation.  Whether it is healing the bones of our body or offering clarity in uncertainty, yoga is approachable for everyone willing to give its practices an honest try.  While some benefits of yoga are noticeable immediately, it takes time for the more profound benefits to manifest in our daily lives.  To best support this transformational process, Mokshanam Yoga aligns its offerings with the Yogastha Sadhana method, a modern-day Raja Vinyasa teaching grounded in the eight limbs of yoga.  From his own experience and dedicated practice, Aaron extends guidance to inspire the possibility of change, challenge limiting beliefs, and harmonize our self-experience in daily life.
